Self-motivated, results oriented and driven to succeed, Kelli OGrady is a seasoned professional who has constantly set her career goals to keep pace with her highest aspirations for personal excellence. What sets her apart in the field of telecommunications is her outstanding depth of knowledge and inspiring creativity. Along with her extensive hands-on experience as an elite technician, she proves to be an outstanding candidate for any company.
Having begun her career in the field of education, Ms. OGrady made the bold, life-altering decision to join the Army. She tested as amiable to the Army’s technology and science field, an unusual category as she had received a Master’s degree in Education and Counseling from Canisius College. “Since my four years in the Army, I opened up [to] the world of 
science and technology, which fascinates me,” she said. These revelations led to her MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
Ms. OGrady’s latest position had been as a Consultant for DAS / Small Cell deployments, one of the most popular markets for cellular solutions for both individual and business users. As a consultant, she diligently worked to bring together between 10-15 business groups for AT&T to get more than 6,000 units deployed nationwide.
“I find it rewarding that there are always opportunities to further better yourself,” said Ms. OGrady. She finds “the most challenging thing about her career is the new challenge of out-sourcing, networking and finding new opportunities” and strives to “ look for the best volunteer opportunities to get more women more involved in fields that they are intimidated 
by.” She aims to re-establish herself as a Consultant in the industry and aspires to be a CEO as she understands every aspect of business, having worked from the bottom up.
