Martin, an accomplished executive recruiter specializing in the placement of IT professionals, is tasked with helping develop the company’s newly opened Cincinnati office through the establishment and growth of an IT branch. He joins Sara Luther, Cincinnati Branch Lead and MP for Human Resources, and Andrew O’Neill, Cincinnati MP for Accounting & Finance, in leading local expansion efforts.

Having called Cincinnati home since 2011, he most recently served as Senior Executive Recruiter and Account Director with a locally based IT staffing and recruitment firm. Martin’s comprehensive recruitment experience comprises IT Executives, Database Architects, Software/QA Engineers, Network Engineers, Developers, Program Managers, Business Analysts and other skilled IT positions.
Martin is recognized in the Cincinnati IT market for his ability to create and cultivate productive relationships among a diversified client base of companies and for his proficiency at guiding high-volume, time-sensitive hiring processes.
