In this role, Marguerite will function as a dedicated HR representative to clients of Trupp’s HR Outsourcing (HRO) services as well as contributing to various HR consulting and training efforts. Marguerite is an HR professional with a proven track record of contributing to organizational improvement, which aligns with the strategic goals of Trupp HR’s HRO offering.
Marguerite joins the Trupp HR team with over ten years of HR and general management experience focused on meeting strategic and operational objectives for the hospitality industry. In this capacity, Marguerite has been responsible for a variety of HR activities including staffing, training, and employee relations. Her attentive, hands-on approach and focus on teamwork aligns well with her new role at Trupp HR. Marguerite’s competencies in performance management, employee relations training, and compliance further expand Trupp HR’s growing team of HR experts.
