One of the more exciting developments to come out of the ADP Innovation Lab in the last few months is the company’s new ADP Marketplace. Think of this as ADP’s version of Apple’s App Store, where clients can buy pre-built apps that securely and seamlessly integrate separate HR systems into one connected ecosystem…and in the process make the lives of HR professionals and their employees simpler and easy to manage.
In fact, HR.com has an app in ADP’s Marketplace.
The Personal Excellence App is a development tool that gives organizations a platform to engage, communicate and manage various aspects of employee training and development.
“A typical company operates more than 30 separate HCM applications,” said Don Weinstein, senior vice president of Product Management for ADP. “By integrating these applications together via our secure APIs, we’re making it easy for HR professionals to deploy new capabilities like discount programs, wellness offers, recognition solutions, and more. We also make it easy for employees to access all of these various apps, by enabling single sign-on using their ADP ID.”
The ADP Marketplace was launched last October, has more than 30 apps today and the company says more than 200 are in the pipeline. Check out the
ADP Marketplace and see what’s new.
