Celebrating New Investments in Simcoe York Communities
OTF grants are supporting vital work across the province
NEWS
Today, the Ontario Trillium Foundation (OTF) announced new investments in nonprofits and charities across Ontario.
OTF’s strategic investments are supporting programs and projects that we know contribute to community wellbeing. In addition to 307 community grants, OTF has announced 24 grants that will support larger, province-wide projects. OTF is proud to support nonprofits and charities in Ontario, as they work to make Ontario communities healthier and more vibrant.
With OTF support, local organizations are having a measurable impact on communities across this province by providing services that matter and strengthening local economies. Through the exciting new investments announced today, community organizations will have the support they need to do important work in a diverse range of fields. In Simcoe York, 26 community grants were funded.
This is the last grant announcement under OTF’s old investment framework. The Foundation is looking forward to launching a new investment strategy this spring, which will focus on an evidence based approach to granting with a clear focus on impact and results.
