Now Oracle has connected all of the pieces and really shown how this will work both for the employee (to improve engagement) and the employer. Now the employee can create personal goals and the recommendation engine will curate content and deliver it to them. That's very cool. On top of that, any user of the system can contribute content to the system (like a how to, or a success story just to name a couple of ideas) just like YouTube and the content is available within anywhere in the system - the user does not have to remeber to go to a particular place to see this.
