    [justify][font='Times New Roman', serif]As said that “Positivity begets positivity” job dissatisfaction itself is not a negative thing in the organization it can leads to the creativity & innovations for the betterment of the organizations. Job dissatisfaction is one of the biggest challenges facing the organization in the current era.   Dissatisfaction means discontented with the current job, status quo, traditional practices, politics, culture etc. Here, I just want to  establish the point that when employees dissatisfied with the current practices they will wants to do things in a new way, change the way of doing, come up with a new ideas etc. So, we can say that job dissatisfaction is also being positive for organization effectiveness. Now the question is that under what conditions it will be positive and negative for the organization. Simply, we can say that under what kind of situations can create opportunities for the betterment of the organization under job dissatisfaction conditions. [/font][/justify]
    [justify][font='Times New Roman', serif]By studying the literature of the job dissatisfaction we can conclude that dissatisfied employees showed four types of response;[/font][/justify]

    [justify][font='Times New Roman', serif]2.[font=Times New Roman]      [/font][/font][font='Times New Roman', serif]Voice[/font][/justify]

    [justify][font='Times New Roman', serif]We will just focus on one response that is ‘Voice’ because it had all the elements of improvement of the current situations, employees who showed that type of response not only satisfied themselves but also explore new ways of doing same work, open new horizons, identify new SOP’s which is the soul of our argument that job dissatisfaction leads to the creativity and innovation. So, the ‘Voice’ is the constructive response. When we talk about creativity we means that unique ideas, novel ideas which will be potentially useful for the organization.[/font][/justify]
    [justify][font='Times New Roman', serif]Employees showed constructive response in difficult time or in a dissatisfactory situation when they see that people will support their ideas, they will get social support to their ideas, they will influence others what they are thinking, they will get reward of it, they will get rid of the current situation, they will get their co-workers support and organizational support to their ideas. [/font][/justify]
    [justify][font='Times New Roman', serif]Recently studies supported the arguments about contextual variables likewise co-workers and organizational support foster the creativity of the employees especially the unique and potentially effective ideas for the betterment of the organization. Employee will choose voice behavior under circumstances when the contextual variable perceived to be support employees ideas of creativity, give him/her courage to take initiative, think differently, come up with a unique idea when their colleagues, peers, top management and the company policies give them support.[/font][/justify]
    [justify][font='Times New Roman', serif]We can further divided the contextual variable into three categories[/font][/justify]
    [justify][font='Times New Roman', serif]1.[font=Times New Roman]      [/font][/font][font='Times New Roman', serif]Useful Feedback from co-workers: useful feedback from the co-workers not only gives you encouragement & confidence booster but also give you suggestions to make it more fruitful and doable.  It shows that co-workers are interested in your idea and they will show their involvement and support your idea.[/font][/justify]
    [justify][font='Times New Roman', serif]2.[font=Times New Roman]      [/font][/font][font='Times New Roman', serif]Co-worker helping and support:  it means that co-worker share their expertise and knowledge to help your ideas, help you in implementing it.[/font][/justify]
    [justify][font='Times New Roman', serif]3.[font=Times New Roman]      [/font][/font][font='Times New Roman', serif]Perceived organizational support for creativity: It means that employees perceived that up to what extent organization will provide support to your ideas in the form of acceptance of your ideas, recognition of your ideas, rewarding you, show respect, encourage culture etc.[/font][/justify]

    [justify][font='Times New Roman', serif]In a nutshell, Job dissatisfaction depends upon the approach of the employees, how she perceive it. It can be positive and constructive. Voice is one of the positive responses of the dissatisfaction of job. It will create excitement, discontented with the current practices which will force the employees to think something new, think differently.  And to boost that process certain situations and contextual variable are needed to encourage creativity which ultimately leads to the organization innovation which is the sign of organizational development.[/font][/justify]
