Largest Independent Real Estate Broker in Southern California Recognized In Major Survey For Creating Workplace That Cares About Team Members. Honor marks year where First Team also was named Best in Orange County for fourth time in a row.

According to the recently released Top Workplaces in OC report, one of Southern California's largest employee surveys on workplaces, it is clear First Team Real Estate continues to reach its goals decades after its founding.


The survey, published by the Orange County Register after tens of thousands of private employee surveys across the county, found that First Team Real Estate was among the top workplaces countywide of all businesses surveyed.

Starting in early summer, the Orange County Register and its survey partner, Top Workplaces, began an in depth process that was open to every employer of any size in the Orange County region. During the survey process, a significant portion of their employees took a voluntary, anonymous survey on the operations of the company and their individual feelings, outlook, and careers. As a result of that research, First Team Real Estate was ranked among the top real estate brokers in the county of hundreds that conduct operations in the county.
