    Los Angeles, October 1, 2014 – Futurestep, a Korn Ferry company (NYSE: KFY) specializing in high impact talent solutions, has today announced the launch of its new global Talent Acquisition Solution Advisory (TASA) consulting service led by Jonathan Brown, VP of Global Solutions, alongside the appointment of the practice’s global leader, Mitzi Jordan and its principle consultant for the EMEA region, Guillaume Noirtin.
     
    Futurestep’s Talent Acquisition Solution Advisory offering enables organizations around the world to conduct a full baseline of the recruitment function to benchmark their talent acquisition capability against best practice, providing competitor insight, whilst developing actionable strategies to become best in class.
     
    The Talent Acquisition Solution Advisory’s six core focus areas include:

    1. Business alignment – Helping companies align talent acquisition strategy to the business strategy ensures a proactive approach and a targeted focus around critical roles
    2. Brand – Embedding a consistent message into all attraction collateral whilst reducing direct recruitment costs
    3. Sourcing – Using specialized and innovative sourcing strategies, tied to the organizations business strategy to maximize results
    4. Candidate experience – An organization’s consumer base is also very much its talent pool. With one in five customers a potential employee, recruiting efficiency is not only conducive for operational performance, but also a business’ bottom line
    5. Technology – Optimizing technologies to reduce administrative costs and provide a better candidate experience
    6. Performance analytics – Transforming talent acquisition goals into quantifiable measure to maximize operational performance
     
    Mitzi Jordan, Global Leader, Talent Acquisition Advisory, will lead the practice, exploiting over twenty years of experience in talent management solutions, from workforce planning and employer branding through to attraction strategies and effective on-boarding, to ensure the longer term success of the global consulting service line.
     
    Supporting Mitzi and implementing the offering’s initial rollout in EMEA, Futurestep has made a strategic hire in Guillaume Noirtin as Principle Consultant, Talent Acquisition Advisory, EMEA. Based in the firm’s London office, Guillaume will be using his international business consulting and executive search expertise to guarantee the design and delivery of best-practice talent acquisition consulting solutions across the region.
