Mr. Carroll has been active in the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA) and is presently chair of the Western Pennsylvania Employment Lawyers Association (WPELA).
Mr. Carroll is a partner at the Pittsburgh law firm of Rothman Gordon, P.C. and is a past-president of the Allegheny County Bar Association.  He received his undergraduate degree at Georgetown University and his law degree from Villanova University.  Mr. Carroll is married to Attorney Lisette “Mimi” McCormick, and they have three children.
