New platform attracts investors plus new customers as influencer marketing explodes.

It has been a banner year for Find Your Influence (FYI), an online, cloud-based platform designed to effectively connect advertisers and brands to online influencers. FYI announces today that it has secured funding, allowing the platform to accelerate its already rapid growth trajectory. The funding comes on the heels of launching several integrated influencer marketing campaigns with key brands in the retail, finance, technology, and small business space.

This first round of funding will grow the sales team.

The list of investors, which reads like a who’s who in tech startups, includes Scott Ingraham, founder of Rent.com, which was acquired by eBay in 2005; Keith Bolognese, founder of Quad Capital and BirdieBox, previously with Goldman Sachs; and John Norton and Larry Bloch, both of whom have successfully run enterprise-level companies.

“To have such notable investors in FYI is both exciting and humbling,” Sims added.

In closed beta since summer 2013, FYI already has more than 1,000 influencers in the growing database. In February 2014, FYI officially opened its online platform to a select group of advertisers and are continuing to thrive, adding clients and influencers at a rapid pace.
