    Money can be a propelling factor, but it is not truly the most important motivating factor. Appraisals, incentives, etc. can keep you in high spirits for a short-term, but it easily squanders when you talk about the long-run.

    Many of the organizations believe that employee satisfaction is the only key to organizational growth and success. But, not many of them know what they should exactly do about it?



    However, monetary benefits are important, but to build a fulfilling organization, one should go beyond the monetary aspect to satisfy and motivate employees. Companies like Apple and Google, in an effort to become employee-friendly to have a more productive and motivated workforce, try on designing innovative methods. For example, Apple allows its employees to spend time on their favorite projects. Similarly,
