LAKE WORTH, Florida, June 29, 2014 — Enchanted Careers, LLC has been selected as a Gold Award Winner for the 1st Annual Recruiting Service Innovation Awards (the ReSIs). The winners were announced at a gala reception on Wednesday, June 25th, 2014 at the Orlando Hilton, in Orlando, Florida, following the close of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Annual Conference and Exposition. The ReSIs, sponsored by Boxwood Technology and Simply Hired, were developed by the International Association of Employment Web Sites (IAEWS) to recognize groundbreaking recruiting and sourcing products and services that optimize the recruiter’s experience. Optimizing the recruiter’s experience is imperative, because when recruiters operate at their peak, job seekers and employers are better able to achieve success.

Enchanted Careers, LLC was presented this honor for their revolutionary approach to improving and streamlining the process of developing online recruitment content—the Post Perfect Training Program. The Post Perfect Training Program is the first comprehensive program that teaches recruiters how to optimize their online recruitment content, regardless of whether their content is on a job board, social media, their corporate web site, or if the content is sent through email or private message. Post Perfect, as it is colloquially known, has received rave reviews from job boards and recruiters around the world, and the Post Perfect Method, which is the crux of the curriculum, has delighted job seekers nationwide. In A/B testing, 95% of job seekers surveyed stated that they would be more likely to apply to a job posted as Enchanted Careers, LLC teaches their clients, versus how jobs are typically posted—a position description and laundry list of requirements littered with boilerplate language.

Nominees for the 1st Annual Recruiting Service Innovation Awards came from a worldwide pool of recruiting tech companies, including companies based in Canada, India, the Netherlands, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Seventeen semi-finalists were chosen by a Selection Committee, chaired by Kara Yarnot, the founder and CEO of Meritage Talent Solutions, and comprised of Talent Acquisition executives from Hewlett-Packard, Hyatt, New Belgium Brewing Company, and Outerwall, Inc. The semi-finalist’s clients were then surveyed regarding the nominated service or product, and a combined score, based on the Selection Committee’s evaluation and the users’ survey, determined the winners.
