    A Change Management Plan for End User Adoption is a Must when Implementing New Technology

     From my perspective, adding new technology is less than half of the battle to ensure success of any project. End user adoption is contingent on how much effort is put into change management. This can be tricky as change without communication and training leads to end user dissatisfaction and ultimately a failed project. Ceridian has introduced a toolkit to assist in the change management and best practices piece of new software implementation.

    Comprehensive Online Courses, Tools & Templates

    Minneapolis, MN, June 23, 2014 – Ceridian announces the launch of the Essentials Organization Readiness Toolkit that includes online courses, tools and templates to prepare an organization – and all involved users, at every level - to successfully deploy Dayforce Human Capital Management and achieve maximum return on investment. Course modules discuss best practices for preparing for change and how to effectively leverage the content of the Essentials Org Readiness program.     Org Champion videos – Explain the importance of Org Readiness and demonstrate the Org Champion’s role through best practices.
    Org Readiness Tools and Templates – Resources that make it easy for the Org Readiness Champion to create and deploy an effective program. The toolkit contains project plan templates, checklists and sample communications, sorted by project phase.
    Training Plan Template – A detailed template that makes it easy for organizations to plan the development and delivery of user training.
