Winder & Counsel, P.C. is pleased to announce that Donald J. Winder has been listed in Best Lawyers in America, and was selected again by Super Lawyers as a “Top 100 Mountain States Super Lawyer” for 2013. The law firm of Winder & Counsel was also named “Commercial Law Firm of the Year in Utah” in 2013.
For more than a decade, Donald J. Winder has been listed in Best Lawyers in America, as published by U.S. News & World Report. Only 1% of all attorneys in Utah have been so honored.
Mr. Winder has also been selected since 2007 for inclusion in Mountain States Super Lawyers. Fewer than 5% of all attorneys in the Intermountain West (covering Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming) are selected annually for this distinction. A multi-step process is used that incorporates peer recognition, professional achievement, and evaluation of numerous other factors to produce a list of outstanding attorneys.
