    We as Human Resources Manager come across this dilemma on regular basis, we wrack our brains to try and find a way to show our appreciation that is cost effective. Yes we have to deal with budgets, costs, wants and needs; so how do we manage it? Simple, there is one thing that everyone loves to get and that is a discount on product and services. No, we are not talking about setting up a deal with vendors and having a minimum purchase required to get a discount. We are talking about an Employee Perks Program! More companies are implementing this, the basic plan is FREE (yes you read it right) and enough to launch a test run.
