We are writing a book on what HR should know about neuroscience. Part of the book will provide evidence of the current application of neuroscience to HR policy and practice as well as the level of knowledge about the findings of neuroscience and the implications for HR. To provide data for this section we are interviewing senior HR practitioners as well as carrying out a survey. The rest of the book provides practical articles on how HR can apply neuroscience to policy, practice and to enhance personal performance.
We wish to collect data on the extent to which HR understands the implications of and are using neuro-scientific findings in their work. This survey is an opportunity for you to have your say. We are focusing on three key areas:
How much you feel you know about neuroscience and your views on its importance to the work of the HR function
Your current challenges and whether neuroscience has provided successful solutions
How you are using neuroscience based practices and the results you are getting in the business.
We are also interested in your views if you have looked at neuro-scientific findings and are sceptical about their application in business and HR.
Please click the link below to take part in the survey. It will take less than 10 minutes. the survey is here http://www.headheartbrain.com/survey/
