Last Week the Managing Partner of one of EPIC Software Corporations clients, Derhak Ireland, a prestigious executive search firm and owner of RightFit Recruiting agency, conducted a webinar through HR.com, a global professional association for HR Leaders and Practitioners. The focus of the webinar was to demonstrate how formal assessments can quickly and easily eliminate the guess work when hiring new employees that are passionate about their employers business and the role they are hired for to make it more successful. A portion of that webinar focused on the due diligence Derhak Ireland exercised to choose the best pre-employment assessment tools, tools that are responsible for assisting Derhak Ireland achieve the highest 24-Month Candidate Retention Rate of any Search Firm in Canada over the past 5 years… an unparalleled 97.6%. After assessing over 60 pre-employment assessment tools, Derhak Ireland chose Ascentii’s RoleFit Survey, (Ascentii is a division of Toronto-based EPIC Software Corporation).

HR.com’s webinar sign-up portal was quickly slammed with webinar registrants wanting to reserve their seat; seating was capped at 100 attendees and over 1,100 interested HR professionals that wanted to attend - but couldn’t due to limited seating - requested the recorded session link.

In response to the overwhelming interest in this topic, the President and CEO of EPIC Software Corporation, Mr. Gary L. Melling, has agreed to facilitate smaller, more intimate 1 hour webinar sessions to drill down into the detail of what the RoleFit Survey can do for businesses wanting to make a quantum leap in their hiring practices, employee engagement, customer retention, work force productivity and enterprise profitability (also of note was the high number of government and Not-For-Profit organizations that were also represented in the webinar).

Seating will be restricted to 25 executive participants per session on a first-come, first served basis and only be offered once a week for a limited time period.
