THREE is designed to explore three critical and complementary aspects of HR Leadership:

      *the leadership philosophy and behaviors required for success
      *the changing role HR leaders must play to make people and organizations more effective
      *the future of HR and effective organizations

This program is unique in that it will examine the interplay between leadership and HR competencies for high potential leaders who are developing these capabilities during the formative stages of their careers, prior to assuming executive-level roles.

Participants focus on their emerging personal approach to leadership, identify strengths and areas for development, and put together a personal leadership profile. In addition, they are exposed to the latest thinking and insights on the emerging role and priorities of HR leaders, and identify tools and techniques to prepare for more senior HR roles over the course of their careers.
