Makes 4 Burgers What you need: 1 lb (500 g) lean ground Canadian Pork 1 egg, beaten 1/4 cup (50 ml) bread crumbs 1 lime 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 tsp (2 ml) cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp (1 ml) EACH crushed chilies, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt 4 hamburger or kaiser buns How you prepare: Place ground Pork in a bowl.
