      I'm a recruiter that has attended several virtual career fairs for different companies. A virtual career fair does NOT replace a traditional career fair or the interview process. However, it does do an EXCELLENT job at pre-screening large amounts of candidates in a short amount of time. I've had many success stories whereby the initial contact of a hire was via a VCF.
