    There's a big  push for employee wellness going on right now, so HR Directors are facing a lot of choices. 

    If your insurance company offers wellness consulting, you may head there first - without a thought to some of the pitfalls.

    Always remember that a wellness consultant has an employer - it can either be you, or it can be your insurance company.
