    [font=Calibri]Although Jobvite is anestablished (if not one of the leading players) in the social recruiting space, what continues to impress me is their ability to reinvent and improve the userexperience. Although they focus on 3 major areas: [/font]

    [font=Calibri]They offer acomprehensive product line, with each of these products on their own offering incredible value and insight into social recruiting. Their target audience is high growth cool companies that are traditionally venture backed (think Groupon , Yelp, and LinkedIn) but at the same time have a number ofhospitals, retailers and traditional businesses such as Whole Foods and Starbucks. I find it very interesting that Linkedin who sells Applicanttracking software to their client base  would use this system internally.  (clearly they do not eat their own Dog Food) . Recently all the software has been updated to support mobile natively with HTML5. It’s probably one of the nicest looking products to use which helps drive ease of use and adoption. .  The management team, lead by Dan Finnigan (ex Yahoo, HotJobs, CareerBuilder), is picking up some great talent from Successfactors and Taleo these days asthey are in an ideal location in Burlingame, California. [/font]
