    I'm a Recovering facebook Stalker
    Lynn Lievonen
Like millions of other people, I had become a facebook stalker. Each night and most weekends I would "creep" on the site to see what all of my "friends" were doing.  And how intoxicating it became as people shared what they were eating, where they were eating, and who they were eating with; what they were watching on TV, the bargains to be had in various shopping venues and more. I climbed aboard the "junk in, junk out" bus.

But that was then, and this is now. As you have likely noticed, HR.com has become totally interactive and you can follow colleagues and peers. Learn something of value. Achieve higher education and accreditation. Post your own blogs, as I am doing now (on a Sunday morning, my online "me" time). (As a former addict, I still include some personal activity, but I'm learning ...)

So spend some time on HR.com and get to know your "business friends." Feel free to follow me as well, if you like. Just click "follow" under my photo.

Enjoy the world of HR ... and be well, my friends.
