    Most of the time, people come to me for help when they:

    * Want a strategy to help them obtain a promotion
    * Are in career transition and they need help with designing a marketing strategy, interviewing, becoming the candidate of choice and negotiating compensation
    * Need to sharpen and showcase their leadership skills
