The certification, awarded by the Corporate Health and Wellness Association (CHWA), signifies that Ms. Holland possesses the theoretical knowledge and practical experience that is necessary to pass a rigorous corporate wellness exam. The exam covers a broad spectrum of population health management issues facing employers today such as but not limited to; Health Risk Assessments, health screenings, compensation and benefits; legal implications impacting workplace wellness, financial wellness, value-based programming, condition management, consumerism and more.

The Certification requires 8 hours of industry relevant training/classes and the applicant must pass a comprehensive exam that demonstrates a solid background of population health experience and extensive industry knowledge. In order to maintain certification after the required training, 5 hours of continuing education credits per year must be obtained.
