BTS Group AB (publ.), a world leading strategy implementation firm, has hired long-term client and industry expert Susan Burnett as Vice President of Leadership Development. Susan brings a range of expertise and experience, having worked with Deloitte, Gap, Hewlett-Packard and Yahoo!. She has been a client since 1998.

Susan comes to BTS after a 30-year career in Talent Management and Learning and Development, working with CEOs and leaders at every level to accelerate execution of company strategy. In Susan’s words, “My passion is helping CEOs get their strategy further, faster and with authentic alignment.”

Susan spent 20 years at HP where she was both a line marketing manager and a global leader of Enterprise Workforce Development. She then moved to Gap Inc. as their Talent and Organizational Development leader, partnering with the Chairman of the Board, the Head of Strategy and the CFO to help restructure the company and build new core competencies for success. Perhaps her greatest challenge and accomplishment in the last few years, Susan played a leading role in the strategy, design, development and build-out of Deloitte University. She co-created the talent strategy with the Deloitte C-suite and built the organization that has since executed flawlessly.
