    Temporary Staffing And Contract Employment Has Grown 28.1% Since January 2012

     According to the American Staffing Association Staffing Index, since the beginning of 2012, temporary and contract employment has grown 28.1%. Staffing employment in this month is also up 4.2% from November last year. The index value for the month of November is 96, indicating that staffing employment is approximately 0.7% higher than that reported for October. Typically, staffing employment peaks between mid-November and mid-December each year, after which it dramatically declines for several weeks before turning upward in mid-January.
