Can any one suggest me intervention technique for this case study????
A leading engineering company with 750 members. the commercial functions are managed from the centraled office.
recently they had a delayed production due to delayed procurement.
on analyzing, the fact came out that GM of purchase Mr. Bharat was the root cause. He joined this company before # months with experience of 25 years from a reputed pharma and chemical company.
Hr received the intervention request for him. he was rude, do not listen anyone and procures the material other than the specifications given. He forces QC to accept material forcefully with deviation.
! SR. executive and @ JR executives hav tendered their resignation. the reason was humiliation by GM and lack of guidance and motivation. He always irritable and gets annoyed.
MD feels GM is capable but may need some time. others shown disapproval for GM.
GM was from rajasthan settled in gujarat. has two kids both studies in engineering. financially stable and has no ailment.
how to intervent him??????????
