I have joined here to ask this one question re: a situation that is bothering me......

I left an employer at my choosing. I believe that the potential for that business is unlimited and although exceeding projections is being held down due to poor local management. I left numerous friends behind who relate that the "s.o.s." continues. Should I feel obligated to contact corporate executive management and tell them what is really going on ?? I dont want to go back and I am not in any sort of competition with them.
