In the second annual ERN Summit, we explore a topic critical for business growth -- innovation. Our 2012 research found that ERNs are a "safe zone" for employee innovation, and we began to explore various ways that organizations can tap into the energy in their ERNs to inspire even more innovation for growth. By growth we refer to career growth, ERN growth, product growth and overall company growth. Through innovation, inspired by people who are from diverse backgrounds, organizations can harvest new sources of ideas that have been underutilized in the past.

ERN leaders will learn how to help their members use the innovation and creativity processes available to them.

The 2013 Summit will be a data-driven event. We will use data collected from members, benchmarked against the entire sample, and trended in order to help leaders focus on actions that they can quickly take to drive innovation, growth and performance.
