NuView Systems continues to expand its global capabilities on its robust and flexible architecture by introducing innovative features in this version, NuViewHR® 4.17.

•Employee Self Service UI and Navigation Redesign
Enhancing user experience, this release includes a redesigned display and navigation of Employee Self Service to reflect a far more simplistic and easy-to-use layout and navigation. Features include a newly implemented desktop for easy access to information, navigational improvements and quick action options (Tasks, Mailbox, etc.).
•Candidate Self Service Navigation and Usability
Candidate Self Service has been redesigned to have a clean and simplistic look and navigation to better the candidate experience. The theme of Candidate Self Service now matches almost any client website to provide greater out-of-the-box usability.
•Posting Setup Changes
Posting Setup in Recruiting has been modified to reflect the needs of the new Candidate Self Service site. Different candidate profiles and job postings can be attached to multiple posting sites. The Job Posting template determines the layout of the job description that displays and the Candidate Profile template determines the information the candidate has to complete while applying for a job.
•Common Tables
HR Administrators are able to set up company news that displays to all employees through Employee Self Service, and each message can be assigned to a specific security profile.
•Payroll
Improvements include standardized employee check forms through the Employee Self Service and HR modules, a compiled view for properly displaying employee check information and a link in the list view of a form that allows users to view and print a PDF version of the check.
•Additional Enhancements
NuViewHR® 4.17 includes four efficiently designed themes and updates to the Authorization tool that include user evaluation functionality.
