Awards mark second time in 10 months that the group legal website has received industry recognition
September 17, 2012 – Hyatt Legal Plans’ website, www.legalplans.com, has received two awards in the 2012 WebAward Competition: the B2B Standard of Excellence Award and the Legal Standard of Excellence Award. The 16th Annual WebAward Competition is sponsored by the Web Marketing Association, which evaluates entries on seven criteria including design, innovation, content, technology, interactivity, copywriting and ease-of-use.These awards mark the second time in 10 months that the group legal website has received industry recognition. Last December, it earned a Best in Class Award (the highest honor bestowed) in the 2011 Interactive Media Competition. A comprehensive redesign in Fall 2011 enhanced legalplans.com with many new features and content, as well as improved navigation and graphic design.

Web Marketing Association’s WebAward Competition is the longest-running annual international website award competition. The WebAwards are dedicated to naming the best websites in 96 industries while setting the standard of excellence for all website development. According to the Web Marketing Association website, the Standard of Excellence Award “recognizes the standard of excellence for which all websites should strive.”
