Another one bites the dust... Kenexa is one of the few firms left with a broad suite of Talent Management Products ... This acquisition puts another large software firm IBM in the market.  It will be interesting to see how they make out. It will bring further uncertainty to the space and mergers and acquisitions continue to happen ... leaving more and more room for some of the upcoming new technology players....

What is for certain is that the big guys have made the moves.. so who is left to buy people like Sumtotal, Kronos, Cornerstone On Demand?... or maybe they just build their market dominance.

P.S... the 1.3B is about as much money that Brassring went thru building out their Talent Acquisition Engine. But this was well before Rudy's time and dime.
