I have been instructed by my client M/s. AL-IKHWAN Pakistan Express Bus Service through its Deputy General Manager (H.R) having its place of business at 231- Multan Road, Lahore (the “Client”), to serve on you the legal notice as follows:

1. That you are appointed in the above said organization on 17-12-10, as a Booking Assistant and you signed a surety bond which bounded you to serve in the Al-Ikhwan Pakistan Express Bus Service for three years from the singing date of said surety bond.

2. That you are also accepted that in case if you will not continue your service for three years in Al-Ikhwan Pakistan express bus Service then you and yours two guarantors shall jointly and severally pay to the company with out demur the sum of Rs.100, 000/-(one hundred thousand).Now you are absent from your duty from 08-01-11 with out prior approval /information.
3. That due to your aforesaid attitude, my client’s company (Al-Ikhwan Pakistan Express Bus Service) is facing problems in smooth operations.

4. That by way of this legal notice you are directed to contact to my client and join your duty as early as possible, failing which my client would be constrained to institute all appropriate criminal and civil proceedings in this regard.

This, notice is absolutely without prejudice to any other rights or remedies which my Client might have, and my Client also reserves the right to take appropriate criminal as well as civil proceedings at your risk, cost and expense.
