 Reference to the show cause notice dated: 08.04.2011 duly received by you on same date.
 Reference to the inquiry notice dated: 25.04.2011.
 Reference to the second inquiry notice dated: 30-04-2011.
 You were given fair chance to participate in the inquiry regarding the allegations leveled against you in the show cause notice under reference.
 The findings of enquiry officer dated: 05.05.2011 clearly evident that you have committed the serious crimes and has been found guilty of misconduct also.

Your services are dismissed with immediate effect and directed the followings.

1- To deposit the company cash Rs. 5, 678,456/– in the company accounts immediately.
2- To return the company assets / items / articles which were given to you for personal use to perform official duties (List already with you).
3- To handover the company officials charge to Mr. Shahid Shrief (Deputy General Manager).
4- To deposit outstanding salary advance of Rs. 110 Millions in company accounts immediately.

If you do not deposit above outstanding the same will be recovered through law of land.
