HR.com’s Institute for Human Resources (IHR), the division of online education focusing on specialized tracks of HR, is marking a successful first year in delivering an online Certification Program that has proven its appeal to HR professionals. The Integrated Talent Management division of IHR first launched in February 2011 and the numbers are astounding. Wow! In the first year of operation, this Institute issued over 6,700 credit hours to participants in 84 webcasts offered, reaching the accreditation requirement of 80 credits.

Many busy executives and professionals working in the area of HR do not have the time or budget money to travel to conferences and seminars to develop their credentials for career growth. This is apparent in the demand for this convenient and focused IHR program where HR.com members can access the free resources and webcasts offered online on any day or anytime. Professionals interested in Integrated Talent Management can network with their peers and the virtual community as well as liaise with the industry leaders conducting the sessions. If participants are unable to view a webcast in live time, the archived version is always available for credit at any time convenient to their schedule.

Registration is open for the next virtual conference in Integrated Talent Management scheduled for May 30-31, 2012. In these webcasts, discover the relationship of social media and Talent Management and journey the road of blended Talent training, to describe a few. There will be subsequent talent management conferences to follow in August and December.

The Institute for Human Resources provides HR pros with a needed forum to keep current with the latest leading practices to ensure that each HR process does its part to deliver overall value to the business.”
Ron Hanscome, VP, HCM Systems Strategy Consulting
