Select International Announces Six New Hires and Appoints Consulting Team Leads

<p>Select International, a provider of employee selection and hiring systems, recently hired six new team members and appointed four Consulting Team Leads. The new hires cover key positions within the Technology, Marketing, Accounting and Consulting departments.</p>
<p>Steven Jarrett will join Select International as a Consultant. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Jarrett has several years experience in assessment development, with a strong focus on assessment and training implementation.</p>
<p>Also joining Select International’s consulting team is Jason Frizzell, who serves as a Consulting Associate. A graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, Frizzell earned his Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.</p>
<p>Beth Dougherty also adds her expertise as a Consulting Associate. Dougherty joins Select International with two years experience as a Training and Development Coordinator. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. In this role, both Dougherty and Frizzell will provide support in the development and implementation of assessment solutions for Select International clients.</p>
<p>James Mraz comes to the Technology Department as a Senior Software Engineer. Mraz is a graduate of Gannon University with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering.</p>
<p>Natalie Kosydar fills the role of Marketing Coordinator. Kosydar, a graduate of Penn State University, has several years of marketing communications experience with focus in material development and event management.</p>
<p>Wendy Owen has joined Select International as an Accounts Receivable Associate. With more than 25 years experience in accounting, Owen will play a key role in credit and collections activity.</p>
<p>Expansion of the Consulting Department also included the appointment of Team Leads of four current Select International team members. Four Senior Consultants, Brian Dishman, Paul Glatzhofer, Dr. Ted Kinney and Dr. Esteban Tristan will lead teams within Consulting at Select International.</p>
