<p>Industry Experts Join HRIM Association Leadership </p>
<p>The International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM), the world’s leading clearinghouse for the HRIM (Human Resource Information Management) industry, is pleased to welcome three new members to its 2012 Board of Directors. </p>
<p>Jeremy Ames, HRIP, Gaucho Group<br />Jeremy is President and Founder of Gaucho Group, a consulting company that focuses on the management and development of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Prior to founding the Gaucho Group, he served as Sr. Project Manager/Team Lead, NuView Systems and Senior Software Engineer and Site Process Manager at Fidelity Investments. </p>
<p>Damon Lovett, HRIP, Baylor Healthcare System<br />Damon currently serves as HR Systems Consultant, Baylor Healthcare System. His role includes advising organizational leaders on strategies, service delivery methods, and organization models that support business objectives and identifying and recommending changes/ enhancements for the end to end HRIS to payroll processes. Prior positions include Director, Professional Services, Aquire Solutions and Director, HR Management Systems, The First American Corporation. </p>
<p>Bob Lupp, SPHR<br />Bob recently retired from Bayer, where he served as Vice President, HR//direct, Bayer Business & Technology Services. Prior roles included Director, Compensation & Benefits, Bayer CropScience and Director, HRIS, Bayer Corporation. <br /> </p>
<p>The 2012 Board officers are:<br />* Chairman – Nov Omana, HRIP, CEO & Founder, Collective HR Solutions. <br />* Vice Chairman – Rich Berger, HRIP, SPHR, Sr. Director, Global HRIS, Citrix Systems, Inc.<br />* Chief Financial Officer – David Brook, HRIP, Administrative Leader, Permanente Human Resources, Southern California Permanente Medical Group.<br />* Secretary – Damon Lovett, HRIP, HR Systems Consultant, Baylor Healthcare System.</p>
<p>Rounding out the IHRIM Board for 2012 are Dave Binda, HRIP, CCP, CHRP, President, HR Results, LTD, Kevin Carlson, Ph.D, Associate Professor of Management, Virginia Tech, Pamplin College of Business, and Mario Ellis, HRIP, Director, Compensation & HR Systems, University of Chicago Medical Center. John Greer, HRIP, SPHR, continues to serve as Past Chair.</p>
