Our company is planning to layoff significant number of people in next 2 months due to financial issues. We have a very limited budget and we can only offer outplacement support to 5%.
Does anyone have reccommendations and out of the box ideas on
- how to offer offer outplacement to atleast 40% of the laid off workers and still be within the budget
- any other alternatives to traditional outplacement?
- any other low cost benefit we can offer instead of outplacement and still reduce legal risks?
