This report represents the full results of Rocket-Hire’s 2010/11 Pre-employment Assessment Usage Survey. We have been conducting this survey annually since 2002 and have found it to be an excellent way to gain insight into trends in the use of pre-employment assessment. This year 301 recruitment and hiring professionals completed our survey. The sample was recruited via the Electronic Recruiting Exchange (www.ere.net), via Rocket-Hire’s website and e-newsletter, and via HR.com as a part of their Quality of Hire learning track. This year’s sample represented a wide variety of job titles across a wide range of industries and was split evenly between employers with fewer than 500 employees and those with between 500 and over 5,000 employees.
