User Interface Update Transforms Workforce Management Software
SaaShr.com Releases New UI Design to Increase Sales and Improve Community Experience
BRANCHBURG, N.J. – December 15, 2011 – SaaShr.com (www.SaaShr.com), a leading provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) based Workforce Management Solutions with a major focus in Human Resources (HR), Payroll, and Time and Labor Management (TLM), has announced the release of a new user interface for the company’s workforce management platform. The goal of this initiative was to create a more modern, simple, and aesthetically pleasing visual experience for the existing user community, while helping the companies’ licensee base to increase the sales conversions after a demonstration.
“Our ongoing mission has always been to enhance and develop our software’s features in order to meet a diverse set of customer needs,” said Chad Brenneman, President at SaaShr.com. “It was imperative that we also invest resources in developing aspects of our technology that would impact buying decisions, but were not based solely on the richness of functionality.” According to a survey conducted by KISSmetrics, a leading researcher in customer-based analytics, 93 percent of experts agree that consumers place visual appearance above all other factors when purchasing a product.
In order to influence adoption rates of the software among prospective licensees and end-users, Momentum Design Labs was selected to aid in the design of SaaShr.com’s new user interface. As a distinguished leader in the software design and user interface industry, Momentum Design Labs has served clients such as AT&T, Walmart, Mastercard, Best Buy, and Verizon Wireless. Profoundly impacting design initiatives for many Fortune 500 companies in the past, Momentum Design Labs played a key role in generating intuitive design elements for SaaShr.com’s updated user interface.
As phase one of this two-phase redesign project, overall setup and functionality have remained virtually unchanged. The new user interface encompasses a more refined overall appearance. Highlights of the redesign include: updated tabbing, a stationary navigation bar, themed coloring, enhanced report filtering, breadcrumb trails, updated icons, and more. Phase two of the project, which will take place once the user community becomes accustomed to this new interface design, is aimed at enhancing the overall user experience by streamlining navigation processes and improving workflow efficiency.
“Prior to refreshing the look and feel of the user interface, more than 70 percent of prospective licensees that saw a demonstration signed up to resell our workforce management suite,” Brenneman stated.“We anticipate that the updated user interface will increase conversion percentages for both our organization and the licensees that provide one or all of our workforce management solutions.”
