The Training Associates Hosted Inaugural Corporate Training Summit
Learning Leaders Converged to Exchange Best Practices
Westborough, MA
– December 6, 2011 ‐ The Training Associates, the largest provider of training delivery solutions and trainers on-demand, hosted its inaugural Corporate Training Summit on November 16th at the Courtyard Marriott in Marlborough, MA.
Many learning leaders from New England attended the Corporate Training Summit hosted by The Training Associates in collaboration with the Worcester Business Journal. Four learning industry thought leaders presented on key topics of interest including: How to drive learning initiatives within a corporation; the utilization of a variable staffing model to increase profit and maximize resources; how to use various training methodologies for different employee age groups ; and the challenges and customs necessary to know when expanding corporate training programs globally.
Maria Melfa, President of The Training Associates, said,” Our first Corporate Training Summit was a highly successful event. Our presenters provided actionable take-aways, our attendees were comprised of some of the highest caliber companies and academic institutions in the region, our sponsors provided bundled training solutions, and all were able to exchange best practices that could benefit their respective training departments. We anticipate hosting additional conferences in 2012 to bring together learning industry professionals to share current key topics.”
