We are now well into September. I hope your schedule is starting to organize its self. For employee wellness this is a time that is full of excitement with in our programs. The kids are back in school and parents are finally finding time for themselves. Group programming is being rolled out every week and individuals are booking their time with wellness coaches.
Companies are starting to review their needs for next year. It is time to keep in mind your benefit needs and is a proactive approach like wellness going to be taken this year. Think about a benefit like wellness that everyone needs, everyone can use (not just when something is wrong) and something you will feel comfortable about promoting as the price is not directly tied to usage.
