    Remuneration research into the Oil Gas and Mining Sector
    Bob Olivier
    We have been engaged to undertake and salary, allowance and benefits study for the oil, gas and mining sector in Western Australia. I have developed two frameworks for roles to be surveyed;
    a. one based on operational / organisational structure heirarchy
    b. one based on occupation / career mapping.

    Both however are, I believe too long, and have too many job titles and I cant see participants being prepared to go into the detail required. Does anyone have a simple framework used in another country they could recommend?

    Thanks
