Employee Wellness is an ever growing field. The great news is many organizations are adding wellness to their discipline [like HR.com has] and some organizations are focusing all their time on it.

On October 4-6 the Health, Work & Wellness conference in Toronto is doing just that. 3 days of focus on wellness. The industry has taken huge strides in the US and now conferences such as this are in Canada… how exciting!

We are participating in the tradeshow this year so if you are planning on attending please come say hello.

If you are there to learn there is more information than you can probably handle in 3 days so come well rested. Bring a pen and paper, take lots of notes, meet new, like-minded professionals with similar passions and most of all HAVE FUN!!!
