Are you inspired to take responsibility for you? Are you inspired to take responsibility for your role and your conduct in every single management relationship with every single boss?
You decide you are going to take responsibility for your part in every relationship with every boss. you are going to start really managing every boss.
Throughout this program, I've tried desperately to convince you to become much more engaged in managing yourself and taking responsibility for your role in every management relationship; actively managing every single boss you work with for any period of time on any task.
That is my mission: to improve the working relationship between you and your boss, to improve the relationships between hard working people and those who would lead them. I want you to dedicate yourself to being strong, disciplined, and all about the work. I want you to start holding yourself to a higher standard and working more closely with every single boss. I want you to get in there and take responsibility for your part of every management relationship. But first, you have to take a giant step back.
Think, think, think: Are you ready, willing, and able to commit the time, energy, effort, and consistency that it will take to do this? Are you prepared to become a most valuable player for every boss? Are you prepared to be great at managing yourself? Are you prepared to be great at managing your relationships with all of your bosses? Your role at work will change. Your relationships at work will change. Your experience at work will change. You are going to be the person who is all about the work, who is setting yourself up for success every day, who is helping your boss help you every day, every step of the way. That's going to be you from now on.
Are you ready?
