A recent study by three Canadian universities showed that millennial generation women about to enter the workforce don't expect to earn as much as equally qualified men, and expect to wait at least two months longer than men for their first promotion.
The study also found that women are more likely to seek work/life balance, and that men prefer climbing the corporate ladder.
Do you believe that these young women are being realistic in their outlook, when they believe that they will earn less than men? Do share your thoughts.
