    WHiN Professionals, a talent acquisition company is keeping up with what's happening now and what is anticipated for the future while reflecting on the job market trends. Companies are gearing up to hire top talent as competitiveness is essential for any organization.

    Aberdeen Group’s surveyed 380 top companies’ human resources, recruiting, and line of business executives in the month of July and August 2010, reporting a 49% anticipated increase in budget for talent acquisition purposes, as compared to only 16% who indicated the same in 2009. Anticipation also included a 4% increase in headcounts, an increase of 3% from 2009 (Aberdeen Group, 2010).

    Fun Fact: 89% of the companies surveyed by Aberdeen Group indicated a significant retention rate due to hiring manager visibility.
