Virgin Atlantic is working with Healix International, a medical services provider, to offer medical care to its staff wherever in the world they are based for work purposes.
Management says that the wellbeing of employees is fundamental to delivering great service to customers. If an employee falls ill while abroad, they will have access to medical care 24/7, including repatriation services when necessary. Healix takes a unique approach in that a qualified nurse handles every case requiring assistance, which means there won't be any risk of delay in the employee getting treatment.
